Introducing New Artisanal Cheese Selections
Spain has a rich tradition of artisanal cheese making, with over 100 different varieties, each reflecting the tradition, landscape and climate of the region from which they hail.
Being a large part of the tapas culture in Spain and here at Boqueria, we feature 10 varieties on a regular basis and starting today, we will feature two new cheeses a week to supplement the list.
