Boqueria University: A Visit to the Boqueria...
Nearly every month, we gather Boqueria’s staff for what we call “Boqueria University”, a series of classes on the food, wine, history and geography of Spain. For Marc’s introductory class as a member of the BU “faculty”, we created a class on our namesake; the Boqueria market in Barcelona, Spain.
