Food Bank for NYC: Eat. Celebrate. Support.

At our last installment of Boqueria University, Chef Vidal made Xuixos (cream filled pastries) a favorite at the tapas bar Pinotxo at the Boqueria Market in Barcelona. The staff enjoyed them so much they asked that he share his recipe.
