Introducing Brunch at Boqueria in Washington DC

This weekend, Boqueria begins brunch service in Washington DC and Chef Vidal prepared a sneak peak of the line up of dishes.

At the top of the list is Churros Rellenos, a decadent version of Churros and Chocolate in which the delicate, airy dough is filled with Nutella (chocolate hazelnut spread). Other dishes include brunch classics (with a decidedly Spanish twist) such as the Steak and Eggs and a Mushroom Omelette as well as Spanish favorites like the Butifarra amb Mongetes (Housemade pork sausage, baby white beans, a fried farm egg, salsa verde, and a red onion and cilantro salad.)
